Personal training is a great option for:

  • Those at beginner fitness levels with little knowledge of workout form and function
  • Athletes training for a specific sport or event
  • Anyone that prefers to workout in a more personal setting

Our personal trainer, Amy Veigle, is a Nationally Accredited Certified Fitness Trainer through NAFTA and a former NPC/NABBA figure competitor, with over 15 years of experience. She has a firm understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the body and what it needs to achieve her client’s personal goals.  She has experience training athletes, figure competitors, the general population on weight management, and special population with physical limitations. She also has specialized training for prenatal women. Amy has a passion for fitness and is personally motivated to see other individuals reach their goals. She has a deep desire to see all her clients reach their full potential without limitations, not only in the fitness aspect, but also in all aspects of life.
