What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program taught in small groups by certified coaches focusing on optimal fitness and health. Classes consist of constantly varied, functional movements executed at a high intensity. The CrossFit program was designed for universal scalability which makes it the perfect program for any committed individual regardless of experience or current fitness level.

When attending class, you can expect the unexpected. The WOD (workout of the day) will constantly vary like the necessary movements required by your everyday life. Whether you are bending over to pick up your child or grandchild, carrying groceries up the stairs or sprinting to get out of the rain, CrossFit Gamma will prepare you. WOD’s will be programmed for you by CrossFit Gamma’s experienced coaches utilizing body weight, kettle bells, barbells, and other objects.

Further, CrossFit is a family. You will grow to respect, rely on and encourage your classmates as they will do the same for you. The CrossFit community is a warm, welcoming and motivated group. You will find strength from one another as you are bettering yourself and having fun.
